Website Design Agency is a trading name of Serpply Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, number 13177118. Registered office: 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU.

What we do

You give us the address of a website you own or are authorised to manage. We read the public pages of that website, build a replacement on our own infrastructure, and show it to you. You decide whether to keep it.

The preview

A preview is private, is marked so search engines do not index it, and expires after 14 days. Contact forms on a preview do not send anything to anyone. A preview is not a licence to publish that site anywhere else.

Your content

The text, images, business name and contact details on your existing website remain yours. We copy them into the replacement. We do not claim ownership of them and we do not use them for anything except building and running your site.

What you must confirm

• You own the website you enter, or you are authorised to act for the business that owns it.
• You have the right to use the images and text on it.
• You are not asking us to reproduce someone else's website.

We refuse builds where that does not hold, and we review anything that looks like a sign-in page, a payment page, or an impersonation of another business.

Subscription

Keeping your rebuilt site costs $69 per month unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. There is no setup fee.

It is monthly and you can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops the next payment. Your site stays up until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund part of a month.

Your domain is yours and always was. When you cancel, tell us where you want it pointed and we will point it there, or we will send you the files of your site so you can host them anywhere. We will not hold your domain, your content or your website to make you stay.

Your domain

Your domain stays registered to you. We tell you exactly which DNS records to change and which to leave alone, and we do not touch mail records. If you leave, we hand back your site files and you point the domain wherever you like.

What we do not promise

We do not promise search rankings, traffic, or leads. We measure performance and security configuration, and we show you what we measured. We do not guarantee a specific score on someone else's testing tool.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the previous three months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
